To maintain the brilliance of your jewelry, we recommend using our gentle jewelry cleaner for regular upkeep. Avoid exposing your pieces to perfumes, lotions, and household cleaning products, as these can dull their shine over time. For longevity, we also suggest removing rings before exercising or engaging in hands-on activities to prevent unnecessary wear or damage.
Delivery & Returns
We offer complimentary domestic shipping on all orders over $500. For orders under $500, a flat shipping fee of $25 applies. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Shipments are fully insured and sent via FedEx, requiring a direct signature upon delivery. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on any undeliverable or returned packages due to incorrect address information or refusal of delivery.
