The custom process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and availability of materials. This includes design consultations, stone sourcing, CAD renderings, and final production. If you have a specific deadline in mind, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

The engagement ring process usually takes 4 to 8 weeks from initial consultation to final delivery. This allows time for selecting the perfect stone, finalizing the design, and crafting the ring with care. If you're planning a proposal or working on a tight timeline, let us know and we can always explore expediting aspects of the process. 

For immediate need we also over ready to ship rings with complimentary ring sizing. 

We recommend starting the wedding band process at least 3 months before your wedding date. This gives us enough time to design, craft, and make any final adjustments so everything is perfect for your big day. More time the better though! 

Rush options may be available depending on the design—just ask!

While many of our pieces are made to withstand daily wear, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or using harsh chemicals to preserve its brilliance over time.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend using our gentle jewelry cleaner. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and household cleaners.

We recommend removing your jewelry during activities that could expose it to impact, moisture, or harsh chemicals—like working out, swimming, showering, sleeping, or cleaning. This helps preserve the shine, integrity, and longevity of your pieces. Though every piece is designs and crafted to last a lifetime it is important to treat your jewelry with care.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery on unworn, non-custom pieces. Custom or made-to-order items are final sale. Please contact our team for any further clarification or questions. 

On fine jewelry we offer complimentary repairs within 365 days of purchase. After that, repair fees may apply.

On engagement rings and bridal we offer a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. 

Please note that if your piece is altered or repaired by another jeweler, any warranty will be voided and we cannot be responsible for the work done.

In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order pieces may take 3-4 weeks depending on the design. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $500. Orders under $500 are charged a flat rate of $25. All shipments are insured through FedEx and require a direct signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes, and customers are responsible for shipping charges on any undeliverable or bounced packages.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these Import Fees. If you refuse an international shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any Import Fees, and the return shipping—these charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

We offer complimentary laser engraving. We also offer hand engraving at the quoted fee.

All our bridal pieces come with a complimentary appraisal. 

Our fine jewelry valued at over $5000 also comes with a complimentary appraisal. 

If you would like an appraisal for a piece that does not qualify within the complimentary category we are happy to provide one at a $50 fee. Please let the team know at the point of purchase if this is something you would like to add.
