Our Redesign Process
Step 1: Consulation
Begin with a personalized consultation, either in person or virtually, where we'll discuss the piece you'd like to redesign and get to know you, your style, inspiration, budget, and the story behind it. Together, we'll explore your vision and lay the foundation for a piece that's uniquely yours
Step 2: Share Your Piece
If your project includes existing jewelry or gemstones, we'll carefully receive and evaluate each piece. Our team will inspect the condition of your stones and precious metals, discuss what can be incorporated into your new design, and safely store everything throughout the process. If you're shipping your jewelry to us, we'll provide a fully insured shipping label for complete peace of mind.
Step 3: Design & Refine
Once we understand your vision, we'll source any additional diamonds or gemstones needed and begin creating your custom design. You'll receive sketches or CAD renderings to review, along with expert guidance and revisions, ensuring every detail is perfected before production begins.
Step 4: Handcrafted in Toronto
After your design is approved, our master artisans begin handcrafting your piece in Toronto using exceptional craftsmanship and ethically sourced materials. Most custom projects are completed within 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
Step 5: Your New Heirloom
Every piece undergoes a final quality inspection before being beautifully packaged for pickup or insured delivery. If we've redesigned an heirloom, any unused gemstones will be returned to you, and we'll discuss options for any remaining precious metal. Your finished piece is then ready to be worn, loved, and passed down for generations.

1. Can I redesign my heirloom jewelry?
Absolutely. We specialize in transforming heirloom jewelry into timeless, wearable pieces while preserving the sentimental value of your original diamonds, gemstones, or precious metals.

We can redesign engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, family heirlooms, and most fine jewelry into a completely new custom piece.
4. Can I melt down my old gold?
Yes. Depending on your jewelry and design, we may be able to incorporate your existing gold or provide a credit toward your new custom piece. We'll discuss the best option during your consultation.
5. What happens to any unused diamonds or gemstones?
Any diamonds or gemstones that aren't used in your redesign will be carefully returned to you. We'll also discuss options for repurposing them in future pieces.
