Do you have a store?

We are currently an online-only business and do not have a physical location at this time; however, we understand the importance of being able to see goods in person prior to purchase. That is why we offer to meet with clients at a secure location (such as a bank or government office) upon request.

What is your shipping & return policy?

We currently offer free shipping to Canada and the US. US and International customers may incur additional customs and/or duties. To arrange a return, please reach out via email.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept wire transfers as well as all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We offer a 3% discount on wire purchases.

Why are your prices so low?

We work directly with the cutters at major diamond trading centers such as Antwerp and Tel Aviv to bypass the traditional wholesalers/retailer market and are able to purchase diamonds much closer to their true cost. Additionally, since we do not have a physical location or showroom, we have little overhead which allows us to pass more savings to the customer.

How do I know the diamonds are real?

All of our jewelry is appraised by an independent, 3rd party appraiser so you can be confident in its quality and value. The appraisal document, including the estimated retail replacement value, is included with your purchase at no extra cost. For diamonds that have been graded, we include the diamond grading report with your purchase.

Can I see the stone/ring?

Yes. While we do not have a retail location, we offer to meet clients in a secure public location (such as a bank or government office) upon reqeust. We are also happy to provide as many additional photos/videos are desired.

Do you do custom work?

Yes! In fact, most of our items are custom! We can create any design to your specifications - including engagement rings, eternity and wedding bands, bracelets, necklaces, and anything else you can think of. For unique designs, a 3D render is provided so that the item can be reviewed and adjusted before going to production.

Do you sell lab-grown or treated diamonds?

While we focus primarily on natural diamonds, we can source lab-grown diamonds upon requrest. We do not deal in treated diamonds or simulants.

Where do you get your diamonds?

We import our diamonds directly from major diamond trading centers all over the world. All the diamonds we sell are ethically sourced and conflict-free, and are certified under the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS).
