At Loom, we work with you to bring your dream piece to life, whether it’s an engagement ring, wedding band, tennis bracelet, or anything in between. Our initial consultation will help us better understand your style and direction so that we can make your dream a reality. If you don’t know where to begin, don’t stess! We’ll walk you through the diamond basics and key things to know when considering a diamond.

With your design and budget in mind, we work with our partners at the major diamond exchanges to source the perfect stone(s) for your piece. We will present you with multiple options in line with your preferences and price points so that you can choose your favourite. For more unique pieces, we offer to create a 3D model of the item so that you have an idea of the design before it goes to production.

Once we choose a setting and finalize the design, all that’s left is for our master jewelers to set the stone and bring the piece to life! The completed piece will then be shipped directly to your door! We’re sure you’ll love it, but in case it’s not absolutely perfect, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Send it back to us at no extra cost and we’ll keep working until we get it just right. All returned items are added to our inventory of ready-made pieces, so you never have to worry about anything going to waste!
